.....in that Reformist Referendum 24 or so hours later?
- Is showing on S4C on Dydd Dewi 'Yn Cymraeg' but all you 1000's of native English speakers note, there are subtitles for you. Now I can cope with that and am not going to complain that it's 'Yn Cymraeg' or I have to watch it with subtitles nor moan that again the now failed S4C gets cream of the cake when it comes to Cymru/Wales programming. No I will be more positive than that and moan about BBC Wales and ask what do your 'English Speaking' Viewers get on Dydd Dewi. HHHhhhmmm!!! Max Boyce live at Treorci wonderful! Bloody fantastic. Now lets take a closer look at all this, once upon a time 'Cymraeg' purists would complain about subtitling, the arguement being that English Language subtitling would not be good for 'Cymraeg'. In so far that English Speakers drawn to watch a subtitled S4C programme would not attempt to learn 'Cymreag' via 'Cymraeg' programmes. Plus of course it would 'anglicise' native 'Cymraeg' speakers all of this is true of course but S4C some years ago realised it's viewing figures were in decline and had to win over 'English Speakers'. On the whole I find it condescending and patronising but most of all a matter of BBC WALES betraying it's native Welsh 'English Speaking' TV Licence payers. Made all the more pretty treacherous when BBC WALES produces Programmes as Dr Who, Casulaty, Holby City and Being Human etc, etc plus ploughs money into other major productions for international programming, I see BBC Wales in the credits of a great deal. What do we 'Hwntws' get other than Sport, Walking programmes and the news. HHHhhhmmm!!! apart from Baker Boys and Max Boyce Live at Treorci? I cannot see S4C having commisioned Wyneb Glyndwr without having it made back to back in 'English' as well as 'Cymraeg' to sell on the World Market, given the finnancial state they are in, it would be criminal if they did not. So 'English Speaking' Welsh who cannot cope with subtitles note, if you wait long enough then one day Wyneb Glyndwr will get a showing on BBC Wales no doubt about midnite or later? Now there will be Cultural Nationalists out there and their 'Naff Nat' Crachach Camp Followers who might, no doubt will consider be a 'Bradwr' but they are nought but 'Self Deniers' or should that be 'National Decievers?'Whatever, I does think 'your man' would make a good Owain Glyndwr in a big budget film but for god sake let Hollywood make it or Politically/Culturally Correct Cymru/Wales would make a possible pacifist apolagetic load of 'Taffy Tripe' in 'Cymraeg' with English Subtitles to place in in 'Foreign Films' at the Oscars. If we get rid of S4C the money coiuld go to seed bed such a big budget movie. as I cannot see Patagonia with Mathew Rhys putting many bums on seats really! So good viewing Dydd Dewi Good viewing, it looks to be a good programme but unfortunatly Wyneb Glyndwr clashes with Max Boyce, is that deliberate, can you not see what's going on are you that dumb? Good thing I can read English though? cannot write it very well but can just about read it or other wise I would be watching Max Boyce, tough choice!!!!!*After watching, I suggest you consider my arguements of Voting for Welsh Independance in the Referendum on 3 March 2011. Welsh Assembly out and Senedd Cenedl Glyndwr in, yes! for sure, so support the struggle for Sovereignty to re-establish Senedd Glyndwr not the 'Bae Bradwyr Caerdydd - Senedd Free State' aka Assembly of Appeasement with English Imperialism and promoters of Post Industrial Neo - Colonialism:
