Note material below concerns both Anti - Jubilee Protest in 1977 and 2002, I was in Coleg Harlech in 1977 and the Students and Patriotic Activists from other parts. Not I may add any Solidarity from Welsh Students of Aberytwyth and Bangor, wonder why? it would be a cynical reply and you might have already had too much of that from me already, so lets move on. At Harlech we held an all night Vigil at Castle entrance untill the dawn when a top Brit Security Officer give us choices, quite simply move or be arrested and at this moment a line of South Wales Coppers were being lined up? the other choice was move to another place where you can continue the protests, we held a short discussion took a vote and moved. Now the 'Clever Copper' bit, they moved us to what we thought was a good position in the square to continue the protests but. then stuck loads of Boy Scouts and Girl Guides and School Children in front of us. Yes! their screams drowned out our protesting Anti - Monarchist Slogan shouting. You call that being outfoxed! Oh yes! forgot to mention, we had began our all night vigil before stop tap, come stop tap all the local 'Cymraeg speaking' local Taffy Briits came out of the pub to threaten and abuse us and scream 'Sais Go Home!'. No doubt just to express and make point how 'English Crown Loyal' were the natives but, we stood our ground I think they got the message that 'mature students' would not sit down and take any violence but would hand it back measure for measure. Explanation, at time of 2002 Golden Jubilee I was a working stiff in London and not too bothered about organising protests in Wales when Socialist Republicans then were really up for action. As for that Carlo and Diana Wedding, I was in Cofiwn, then and we organised an 'escape' to Mynydd Presli whilst radical patriots as former FWA Commandants and 'Mac Man' John Jenkins and a few 'Garibaldi Cilmeri Republicans' made their escape to Glandenys.

This time around re that wedding, I was more up for major protests because I could see it was all part of the push re an Investiture III in Caernarfon. Re the fourth coming Diamond Jubilee 2012 and Coronation Commemoration 2013, I can see both being used to make a big push to make Cymru/Wales more as 'West Britain', thus with out doubt such 2012 and 2013 celebrations must be vigourously opposed by all Radical Republicans and Nationalists.
